Ajax

Picture
High quality flattop pencils, rear drive, marked only on the top cap "Ajax" (logo in script) and "Gold Filled."
Imprints on Ajax pens have been found with an imprint that read "Ajax Pen Co. Phila. Pa."
This pencil is identical to a Diamond Medal example, suggesting that this was a National Pen Products Co. offering.
See the Diamond Medal page for a list of other pencils identical to these.

The Ajax accepts standard .046" leads.
